You can return within 30 days of receiving the order provided the item was not opened and used. The products should not be used before, and they need to be returned in their original packaging.

Indicate the goods you want to return. It literally means that products must be unused, and should retain their tags and remain being claimed as new products by the store.

Exchanges:
If you wish to replace the product you have bought, please contact our support agents as soon as possible. They will give you return instructions.
Damaged Package:
If you receive the package in a damaged state instead, please take a photo of them and forward it to support@mydecorize. Please indicate your request in detail along with your order number to com. In case of any challenges, our customer support team will have to find out a way on how to assist you.
Refunds:
After you ship the returned item, we examine the package and subsequently inform you by email of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, you will receive the full refund within 7 days from the start of the business day from the original payment method that was used while placing the order.
